Returns Policy
We offer a refund for undamaged items returned in accordance with our policy below. To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that all items, including any promotional gift items, are returned within 15 days of receiving your order.
Items must be:
- Unaltered, unused, and in saleable condition.
- Returned in their original packaging, box, or dust-cover, with all brand and product labels, tags, and instructions intact.
- Accompanied by the original order confirmation.
- Please take care to preserve the condition of product packaging, as damaged packaging may affect resale value and could impact your refund eligibility.
Please note that refunds are not accepted for furniture, sale items, products sold, or items not purchased directly from our website. Sale items are eligible for exchange, and gift items may only be exchanged by the recipient. This refund excludes original delivery charges, cash handling fees, taxes, and any duties incurred.
Returns Process
To arrange a return, please email Support@bibenanova.com. We can arrange collection from your delivery address, and a collection fee equal to the original delivery charge will apply unless the item was defective or incorrectly fulfilled. Please allow 2–3 days for collection.
You may also return the item to the address below at your own expense.

Refunds
Once your return has been approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 working days. Please note that some banks may take longer to process the refund.
If you have not received your refund within 15 working days of receiving confirmation that your return has been processed, please contact our Customer Care Team at Support@bibenanova.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please return it using the returns process above.
